Client Review of Project on Google

I have been a landlord in Highlands Ranch, Colorado for over 20 years. I have had to deal with several hail storms and recently was impacted by the tornado on June 22, 2023 which damaged the roof on one of my rentals. I did a very detailed search of roofers in my area and selected New Roof Plus based on their work done in the Highlands Ranch and Littleton areas. We really wanted to move from an asphalt roof to a metal stone coated using Decra. Decra recommended New Roof Plus and I immediately spoke with Greg to have him come out and do a bid on my property. Greg was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and walked me through the roofing material and process they use to install the roof. He gave me about 15 names and addresses in the local area that New Roof Plus had completed that I could reach out to get their references. I called all 15 individuals and physically went to see their roofs. The jobs that they did were just beautiful, all the references highly recommended New Roof Plus and it was clear that we wanted to do business with New Roof Plus and signed that day.

Greg provided daily updates about the job as it was started and eventually completed. It took about 4 days from start to finish to remove the roof, install the new roof and get everything approved through the permit process. Greg’s team worked incredibly hard and delivered such a beautiful final result. I would highly recommend Decra product as it has a 50-year warranty and your insurance will even give you a discount on your home owner’s insurance. My mom has had Decra over 20 years through multiple hail storms and it looks just as good as when it was installed. Greg’s team did a great job cleaning up the job site and ensure everything was properly cleaned after the roof was installed.

Dawn runs the front office at New Roof Plus and got all my paperwork ready for my insurance company so I could get all the discounts on my roof and did so in the same day as when the roof was completed. Start to finish, I am completely thrilled with the final result. It was a pleasure working with Greg and the team at New Roof Plus. They delivered a great result and did so quickly to help me get the home back in order for my tenant. I would highly recommend New Roof Plus if you need a new roof and I am sure you will be happy with the results. I will be recommending New Roof Plus to all my friends and family! Special thank you to the New Roof Plus team for all their hard work!

We will share with you the magic that happens when you combine stone-coated steel roofing, composite tile shingles, and metal roofing to create a high-end, beautiful look that not only enhances your home’s curb appeal but also provides durability that stands the test of time.

The Foundation: Stone-Coated Steel Roofing

Let’s begin our journey with the foundation of your dream roof – stone-coated steel. This innovative roofing material combines the strength of steel with the aesthetic appeal of traditional roofing materials like shingles or tiles. The result is a roof that boasts durability, longevity, and an exquisite appearance.

Stone-coated steel roofing is known for its ability to mimic the look of other materials while offering superior protection against the elements. Whether you prefer the classic charm of terracotta tiles, the rustic elegance of wood shake, or the sleek modernity of slate, stone-coated steel can emulate these styles flawlessly. This versatility lays the groundwork for the fusion of different roofing materials, setting the stage for a roof that’s as unique as your home.

The Allure of Composite Tile Shingles:

Now, let’s add a layer of sophistication with composite tile shingles. These shingles are crafted from a blend of high-performance polymers, providing the perfect marriage of beauty and durability. Composite tiles capture the essence of traditional clay or concrete tiles but come with added benefits that make them a preferred choice for discerning homeowners.

One of the standout features of composite tile shingles is their resistance to the elements. They can withstand harsh weather conditions, from scorching sun to heavy rain, without losing their luster. This resilience ensures that your roof remains not just a design statement but a practical shield for your home. Available in an array of colors and styles, composite tile shingles complement the stone-coated steel foundation seamlessly, creating a visually stunning effect that elevates your home to new heights.

Metal Roofing: The Modern Touch:

To complete the trifecta of roofing elegance, let’s introduce the modern touch of metal roofing. Metal roofing is not only sleek and contemporary but also offers unparalleled durability. When integrated with stone-coated steel and composite tile shingles, it adds a layer of texture and sheen that takes your roof to the next level.
Metal roofing comes in various materials such as aluminum, copper, and zinc, each with its own unique characteristics. Whether you opt for the industrial chic of standing seam panels or the timeless appeal of metal shingles, the amalgamation of metal with stone-coated steel and composite tiles creates a symphony of textures and colors that captivate the eye.

Benefits Beyond Beauty:

Beyond the aesthetic appeal, the combination of stone-coated steel, composite tile shingles, and metal roofing provides a range of practical benefits.

The synergy of these materials results in a roof that is not only visually stunning but also:

  • Durable and Long-Lasting: Stone-coated steel, composite tiles, and metal roofing are renowned for their longevity. When combined, they create a roofing system that can withstand the test of time, reducing the need for frequent repairs or replacements.
  • Energy-Efficient: Metal roofing, in particular, reflects the sun’s rays, reducing heat absorption and contributing to energy efficiency. This can lead to lower energy bills and a more comfortable interior environment.
  • Weather-Resistant: From heavy rain to snow, the combined strength of these materials ensures that your roof remains resilient in the face of diverse weather conditions, providing peace of mind for homeowners.
  • Low Maintenance: Stone-coated steel, composite tile shingles, and metal roofing are low-maintenance materials, freeing up your time and resources for more enjoyable pursuits.

A Stunning Transformation:

In the realm of roofing, the fusion of stone-coated steel, composite tile shingles, and metal roofing opens up a world of possibilities. It’s a symphony of design and functionality that transforms your roof into a work of art while offering the durability and practicality every homeowner desires. So, why settle for the ordinary when you can embrace the extraordinary? Elevate your home’s aesthetic with a roof that not only protects but also mesmerizes.
