The roofing business is interesting in that most people don’t personally know a roofer. When they need a roofing company, they start by searching Google or asking someone they trust. So getting a new roof is what is called a “blind item”. This means that as a consumer, you likely do not have much of knowledge to draw from. Your understanding of the process is minimal. Usually the consumer has no previous experience getting a new roof. It’s intimidating as a consumer to do this. Where do you start?
We understand this concern as a consumer. So we approach every customer as if they were a friend – or at least a friend of a friend. As we would for a nieghbor or co-worker, we would want to educate you, give you honest advice, offer our certified professional inspection services, provide good pricing and provide good guidance on the insurance process.
This is very basic good business and the only way we feel comfortable doing business. Treat others as you would want to be treated – If you treat everyone honestly and with their best interests at heart, you will be preferred and referred by others.
Unfortunately, the roofing industry is full of “roofers” and we cringe at that rap. We sometimes joke and say we are the “anti-roofers”. We work hard to do things right, to treat all people like neighbors, make a lot of friends and while we are working very hard every day, we are enjoying every success and every relationship we are blessed to have.
